Gwynevere is the only daughter of Lord Gwyn , making her the Princess of Sunlight she calls herself Queen, but it's actually mistranslated from the original Japanese. She appears as a giant woman resting in her chamber in Anor Londo but it is actually an illusion, created by her brother, Gwyndolin. If the illusion is attacked and destroyed, the city will turn dark and certain other NPCs will become hostile. This also reveals that most enemies in the city are also illusions. Gwynevere is meant to appear as a comforting, motherly figure.
Gwynevere, Princess of Sunlight
Gwynevere | Dark Souls Wiki
She is the daughter of Gwyn, Lord of Sunlight. Gwynevere appears in the form of a gigantic, fair lady with red hair and a kind face. A light shines brightly behind Gwynevere's figure. She is dressed in white cloth and rests on a cushion underneath her arm. Gwynevere is located in Anor Londo , in a room above the hall where Ornstein and Smough battle the Chosen Undead , behind the door with the bonfire in front of it. Gwynevere is the second born child and first daughter of the former Lord of Sunlight, Gwyn , and was cherished by all as a symbol of bounty and fertility. Along with many of the other gods who resided in Gwyn's kingdom, the Princess of Sunlight eventually abandoned Anor Londo and later married the God of Flame, Flann [1] and raised several children with him.

Although Gwynevere herself exists, she left Anor Londo long before the Chosen Undead came to Lordran along with other deities. If she was actually that size my undead would gladly be crushed underneath her heavy af physique.
