After drinking whiskey and vodka heavily, the girl passed out in a bedroom, at which point two year-old boys decided she would be an easy target to take advantage of. The last thing she remembered from the night before was dancing, but when she awoke the next morning, it was clear that something much more sinister had taken place while she was unconscious. The girl noticed that her shoes were bloody and her stomach hurt, but she still did not know the extent of what had happened to her until she received a call from the boy who threw the party.

Police said they broke up the house party of about to juveniles, most of which were intoxicated. The girl admitted to police that she was at the party heavily drinking whiskey and vodka. She told investigators she only remembers dancing, getting drunk and falling asleep in a bedroom. The morning after the party, the alleged victim said she had stomach pain and blood on her shoes.
